The event is scheduled to run from Tuesday, August 6th through Sunday, August 11th. Please plan your arrival on Tuesday, August 6th, and your departure on Sunday, August 11th.  

You will stay at the Aspen Meadows resort for six days (five nights) of your trip. Breakfast and lunch are included for your entire stay and will be served in the Davis Commons at the hotel.

The pickleball facilities (Cascades) are located on the hotel property.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to town every 30 minutes.

The hotel offers many amenities and activities you can enjoy when you are not playing pickleball.

Tuesday, August 6th - Arrival Day

Hotel Check-In is 4 p.m. If you arrive earlier, the hotel can accommodate an early check-in based on availability. However, you can not check in earlier than 12 p.m. There is no guarantee of an early check-in. Pleae note: All times are expressed as MST.

Wednesday, August 7th - Event Day 1

Breakfast - 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Pickleball - 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Drills, Skills and Thrills. You will be playing at the Cascades Pickleball Facility. Please note: there will always be a 4 to 1 player to coach ratio for these sessions.

Lunch - 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Explore the town (free time) - 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The hotel has everything you need to explore the sights and sounds of Aspen.

Dinner with Collin Johns - 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Meet Collin Johns and socialize with the other VIP participants. Dinner is at Campo Di Fiori.

Thursday, August 8th - Event Day 2 - This is also National Pickleball Day.

Breakfast - 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Pickleball - 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Drills, Skills and Thrills. You will be playing at the Cascades Pickleball Facility.

Lunch - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Explore the town (free time) - 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

NHL/PPA event - 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will be seated in the VIP section of the Pickles 'N Pucks Celebrity Pro-Am. See Ben Johns, Collin Johns, Anna Leigh Waters, Genie Bouchard, John Iser, Justin Williams, and others play in this exclusive event.

Friday, August 9th - Event Day 3

Breakfast - 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Explore the town (free time) - 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Lunch - 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Pickleball - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Drills, Skills and Thrills. You will be playing at the Cascades Pickleball Facility.

Explore the town (free time) - 4 p.m. to midnight. This is an excellent time to socialize with all the new friends you made on the trip.

Satuday, August 10th - Event Day 4

Breakfast - 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Open Play - 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Open play at the Snowmass Recreation Center.

Lunch - 11 p.m. to 12 p.m.

Pickleball - 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Drills, Skills and Thrills. You will be playing at the Snowmass Recreation Center.

Explore the town (free time) - 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Pickleball - 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Pickleball Tournament at Snowmass Recreation Center. Use all the skills you acquired during the week and put them to work in our final fun-filled tournament. Prizes will be awarded to everyone who participates.

Closing Dinner Ceremony - 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Aspen Meadows Resort. Say goodbye to all your new friends.

Sunday, August 11th - Departure Day

Breakfast - 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Check-out - 11 a.m.
